# **Death Corp – Hearse Limo Hire - Terms and Conditions of Service**
## **General Information**
Due to the size of our limousines, we may be unable to drop you directly at your destination. However, we will make every reasonable effort to get as close as possible. Please notify us if your pick-up or drop-off location is located on a narrow or restricted-access road.
A signed copy of the booking confirmation must be returned to the address provided within **7 days** of receipt.
## **Venue Entry Disclaimer**
Death Corp cannot guarantee entry to any venue or nightclub. Admission remains at the discretion of venue management, and the client is responsible for complying with venue dress codes, conduct policies, and entry requirements. Clients are strongly advised to review the venue’s terms of entry in advance.
## **Types of Hire**
We offer:
* One-way transfers
* Round trips
* Continuous hire
Unless you have booked continuous hire, the vehicle may be assigned to other bookings before or after your journey. The interior will be cleaned and reset between each hire.
In group bookings, one individual must act as the main client and accept full responsibility for the conduct of all passengers. Only this person may give instructions to the driver.
Journey time estimates are provided in good faith. Death Corp cannot guarantee exact timing and is not liable for any delays beyond our control.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate. Any changes must be made **prior to the hire date**.

## **Code of Conduct**
* **Strict No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Death Corp vehicles. Pre-arranged smoking stops can be requested in advance.
* **Conduct Expectations:**
* Keep feet off seating and bar areas.
* Abusive, threatening, or aggressive behaviour towards staff or the public will result in immediate termination of service.
* Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Alcohol is provided within reasonable limits. Excessive consumption leading to incidents (vomiting, loss of bowel control, breakages, etc.) will incur a **minimum cleaning/damage charge of £100**.

## **Pricing and Amendments**
The **Agreed Price** covers the pre-booked journey details. Any additional stops or changes not agreed in advance will incur an additional **£30 per stop**, subject to driver approval.
* One **free amendment** per booking is allowed.
* Additional amendments are charged at **£15** each.
* Bookings made within **2 weeks of hire** require full payment at time of booking.
* **All balances must be settled before transport begins.**
* **Sporting and High-Demand Events** (e.g., Royal Ascot, Halloween) require full payment **1 month in advance**.
* Each hire includes a **complimentary 30-minute grace period**. Overtime beyond this is charged at the standard hourly rate.
We do not accept cash, cheques, foreign currency, debit/credit card payments on the day of hire. Overtime fees not settled in advance will be charged to the original payment method on file.

## **Airport Pick-ups**
Provide full flight details to assist with punctual service. Although we monitor flight statuses, real-time updates may not be available. Clients must notify Death Corp of delays by calling **+44 (0)7429 370286**. Failure to do so may result in missed pickups and extra charges.
‘Meet and greet’ services may be limited due to airport security. Please call the above number once you reach the **Customs Hall** for pick-up coordination.

## **Deposits and Payments**
* A **non-refundable deposit of £50** is required to confirm all bookings.
* A **security deposit** may be charged for stag/hen parties or large groups.
* No booking is confirmed until the deposit is received.
**No Deposit = No Booking.**

## **Refund Policy**
* **No refunds** are issued due to client negligence or last-minute cancellation.
* **No-refund policy** applies to peak events (e.g., Royal Ascot, Halloween).
* A replacement hirer is allowed, subject to prior written approval from Death Corp.
* Full refunds (excluding deposits) are available if cancellation is made **more than 3 weeks before** the hire date.
If cancellation occurs **within 7 working days** of the hire date, the **full hire fee remains payable**.

## **Additional Charges**
* Additional stops not pre-booked: **£30 per stop** (subject to approval).
* Parking, tolls, congestion charges, and entrance fees are the **client’s responsibility** unless otherwise agreed.
* Delays due to client tardiness beyond 30 minutes will incur **£50 per hour** charges.
* Changes to the agreed schedule must be approved by Death Corp Head Office.

## **Mechanical Failure & Service Interruptions**
In the event of mechanical failure, we will attempt to provide replacement transport subject to availability and timing. Replacement limousines may not always be available, especially in remote locations.

## **Damages and Liability**
* Clients are liable for any damage or breakages caused by themselves or their party, inside or outside the vehicle.
* A minimum **£100 downtime charge** applies to any damage or incident requiring vehicle cleaning, repairs, or removal from service.
* Additional repair/replacement costs and lost revenue from cancelled bookings will be charged accordingly.
* Items left in the vehicle must be collected within **14 days**. We are not responsible for return shipping.

## **Grace Period**
Delays caused by external factors (e.g., traffic, weather) may occasionally impact pick-up times. Arrivals within **30 minutes** of the agreed time are considered within acceptable limits. Where possible, we will extend your hire period to compensate.

## **Lost Property**
Death Corp is not liable for lost or damaged items. You may leave personal items in the vehicle at your own risk during your event. Items left behind must be collected within **14 days**. Clients must arrange and cover the cost of return delivery.
